SKCC is a nine storied Commercial building Complex was inaugurated on 18 September 1999 by the then CAS Late Lt Gen (Retd) Mustafizur Rahman. The project has started functioning as an independent project from December 2001 by renting upto 2nd floor is exclusively a shopping area and rest of the floors are rented to various offices, banks and export oriented garments industries.
