Sena Flour Mills - 2 (DFI) is located in the Nasirabad Industrial Area, Chattogram. Since its inception, the mill has been one of the most reliable and profitable industrial units of Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS).Over time, due to limited modernization (BMRE: Balancing, Modernization, Rehabilitation, and Expansion), the mill experienced reduced efficiency and higher operational costs. To address these challenges, BMRE initiatives were undertaken to enhance productivity and ensure the supply of high-quality flour to the armed forces as well as the general market.The mill currently serves markets in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Moulvibazar.
