The biggest Real Estate of the Sangstha is a 21-Storied Commercial Building located at 195, Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka on an area of 1.35 Bighas of land. Previously,on the same space there was a Rest House for the Ex-Armed Forces Personnel.The Foundation stone of the 21-Storied Sena Kalyan Bhaban was laid in April 1982.The construction was completed in August 1990. The total covered space of the building is 3,21,000 sft and the rentable space is 2,13,239 sft.It is a prestigious building for the Sangstha as well as for the country. The building is centrally air conditioned and fitted with lifts, auto-generator facilities and fire fighting equipments.
